Customer Experience Manager – Help Launch Our Brand-New Sports Club Bring Your People Skills to the Court At G4P Richmond, we’re opening the doors to something new – a place where sport, fun, and community all come together. We’re not just building a venue, we’re creating a club where people come to play, laugh, connect, and feel at home. As our Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be right in the middle of the action – leading your team, welcoming our members, and making sure every guest leaves with a big smile (and hopefully a new love for padel). Whether you’ve run a café, bar, gym, or retail store, if you know how to make people feel welcome and keep things running smoothly, you’ll fit right in. Don’t worry if you haven’t played padel before – we’ll teach you. What matters is that you bring the energy, warmth, and leadership to help us make this club something special.
