Remarkable people, trusted by clients to design and advance the world. Wood is recruiting a Health & Wellbeing Advisor, to join its Operations business supporting our workforce in the APAC region. Based in either Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth office, this is a permanent / full‑time position. This new role is critical to ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our workforce. It provides strategic oversight and operational support across wellbeing promotion, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and compliance with legislative requirements. By proactively managing health risks the role contributes directly to improved employee’s health and wellbeing outcomes and drives a greater understanding of the importance of psychosocial health in the workplace. This role will be reporting to the APAC VP HSEQ and will be a member of the HSEQ team to centrally manage all related duties. Qualifications Allied Health Professional or experience in occupational health and rehabilitation for oil, gas and energy sectors Experience as a Rehabilitation / Return to Work Coordinator Knowledge, skills and experience Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team Knowledge of both health and business principles to balance safety with productivity Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations Well organised with proven experience delivery of actions Only applicants who are Australian citizens or hold the required visa / permit to work in Australia will be considered.
