Overview Health & Wellbeing Advisor – permanent, full‑time. Based in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Perth, supporting Wood Operations across APAC. Critical to ensuring workforce health, safety and wellbeing, providing strategic oversight and operational support across wellbeing promotion, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Responsibilities Develop and embed the health and wellbeing strategy across the APAC business. Support understanding psychosocial hazards and controls impacting workforce. Liaise with workers’ compensation insurers and service providers to analyse claims and drive best outcomes for employees. Ensure State or Territory Workers Compensation legislation is adhered to. Provide strategic advice to Management and HR on fitness‑for‑work concerns. Site visits to provide proactive health and rehabilitation advice and training. Health risk assessments and reviews for office‑based / WFH employees. Qualifications Allied Health Professional or experience in occupational health and rehabilitation for oil, gas and energy sectors. Experience as a Rehabilitation / Return to Work Coordinator. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Knowledge of both health and business principles to balance safety with productivity. Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
