The Role Make a difference in our community The Asset Lifecycle Planner works within a highly skilled and multidisciplinary team to provide high-level, strategic asset management planning, assessment, and reporting to enable informed and efficient decisions around the management of Council assets. The primary purpose of this role is to determine methodologies for and to strategically manage Council infrastructure assets. This is achieved through the collection of asset performance data, undertaking lifecycle analysis of Council's assets, determination of long-term renewal programs, collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation to prepare asset management plans, support Council's customer facing teams to optimise service delivery through those assets, and support the operational, maintenance, and capital work teams workflows through the Asset Information Management System. About you Qualifications in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, urban planning, infrastructure planning or asset management or other related discipline. Experience in lifecycle planning, data analysis, and infrastructure asset management. Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
