Key Responsibilities Data Analysis Duties Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources. Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support business and technical decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions. Generate reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership. Networking-Focused Duties Monitor and analyze network performance metrics (latency, throughput, packet loss). Use data to identify and troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance. Collaborate with network engineers to improve infrastructure using data insights. Maintain documentation of network data flows, usage patterns, and performance benchmarks. Assist in capacity planning and forecasting using historical network data. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in data analysis and/or network performance monitoring. Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools. Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and tools like Wireshark, Nagios, or SolarWinds. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and network analytics in cloud environments. Certifications like CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Data Analytics certifications.
