About the role This is a rare opportunity to build your career in a world-class team and support the defence systems that keep Australia safe.Reporting to the Manager – Diving and Hyperbaric Products, the ISS Contract Manager will lead the operational delivery of services under the Category Integrator Support Contract for the Australian Defence Force. Your focus will be on ensuring service readiness, resource coordination, and operational efficiency to meet Defence requirements. This role has 5 direct reports, requiring strong leadership and team development skills. Primary duties include: Lead operational delivery of ISS Category Integrator contracts, ensuring compliance with Defence requirements and performance standards. Monitor and manage contract performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Build strong relationships with Defence stakeholders to align services with operational priorities. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in contract management, ideally in service delivery or Defence. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage commercial risk and deliver strategic outcomes. Eligibility for Australian Security Clearance and Defence Foreign Work Authorisation.
