Associate (Institutional Client Coverage, Unlisted Infrastructure) 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are partnering with a global private markets investment manager to appoint an Associate, Institutional Client Coverage, based in Sydney. The firm is recognised for its strong focus on sustainable and impact-aligned investing, with a significant presence across Europe and Australia and a successful track record in renewable energy, core infrastructure and private market strategies. With a substantial AUM footprint locally, the organisation works closely with institutional investors including superannuation funds, insurers, endowments and family offices. This is a key opportunity to join a high-performing Investor Relations team with direct exposure to senior leadership, global product specialists and institutional investors across Australia and Asia. Reporting into the Director, Institutional Client Group, this role will support both existing investor relations activities and strategic capital engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Managing and coordinating investor reporting for Australian-based funds, including quarterly reports, information memorandum updates and annual reports Acting as a point of contact for institutional investors and asset consultants, responding to data and information requests Supporting engagement and business development activities across Australian and offshore institutional markets Assisting with product positioning, capital raising initiatives and the development of new investment products Maintaining accurate investor and pipeline information through CRM systems (Salesforce) Collaborating with global Investor Relations, Marketing, Sustainability and Investment teams to ensure alignment of investor communications and reporting Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be a commercially minded, relationship-focused and well-organised investment or financial services professional with strong communication skills. Ideally, this will include: 5–7 years’ experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to investor relations, client coverage, product management or investment consulting Experience within private markets, infrastructure, real assets or unlisted fund structures (highly regarded) Strong understanding of the Australian institutional investment landscape Excellent written communication, stakeholder management and time-management skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Capital Executive Search by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
