We are seeking an Associate-level Employment & Workplace Health & Safety Lawyer to join a busy, expanding team at a nationally recognisable commercial law firm in Brisbane. This team is handling a high volume of complex employment and workplace safety matters, providing an excellent opportunity for an Associate to gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of disputes and advisory work. In this role, you will : Advise clients on terminations, performance management, misconduct investigations, and workplace compliance Act in unfair dismissal, general protections, and industrial relations disputes Assist with enterprise bargaining, industrial action, and WHS investigations Represent clients before the Fair Work Commission, Industrial Relations Commission, and QCAT Provide practical, strategic advice that helps clients meet their workplace obligations.
