The firm represents individuals and businesses , providing practical and strategic advice across all aspects of employment law, workplace relations, and litigation . The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer with around 2 years post-admission experience (PAE) who is passionate about employment law and dispute resolution . You will work on a diverse range of matters, including: Advising on employment contracts , workplace policies, and compliance issues. Representing clients in unfair dismissal , general protections , and discrimination claims. Handling disputes before the Fair Work Commission , courts, and tribunals. Assisting with workplace investigations and providing strategic risk management advice. About You: Minimum 2 years PAE in employment law , workplace relations , or commercial litigation . Strong drafting and advocacy skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage files and communicate effectively with clients. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn.
