About the position Our client is looking for an ambitious Employment Lawyer with 3–6 years PAE who is ready to elevate their career in a high-performing team that values development, autonomy, and long‑term growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with respected senior practitioners across a range of public and private sector matters, including: Unfair dismissals and general protections claims Workplace investigations and disputes Discrimination and bullying matters Enterprise agreements and industrial relations strategy Contractual issues involving executives and senior employees You will be encouraged to manage your own files while receiving guidance and mentoring that supports career progression.
