About the role: This role involves working closely with supervisors and managers across all departments to enforce heavy vehicle accreditation requirements and ensure streamlined administrative processes. Additionally, site visits occasionally to the Pilbara will be required to provide hands‑on support and maintain operational continuity. You will work under the guidance of the Operations Support Supervisor and Commercial Services Manager who will offer you their full support and leadership. You will be part of a proactive and innovative team environment within the Commercial Services Department. This is a Full‑time position based out of our Head Office in Bibra Lake, Perth WA. Duties: Mainroads HV Accreditation Administration Support Contractor Record Compliance Management Utilisation of Existing Programs and Structures Driving continuous improvement of existing processes and structures by creatively leveraging emerging technologies Assist Operation Departments Reporting and Documentation Assist as back up for Mobilisation and Flight Bookings Benefits: Full‑time An attractive remuneration package Long term career opportunities; A great team culture.
