In this pivotal role, you will lead Aboriginal workforce initiatives to champion and sustain the Aboriginal workforce participation across our District. Utilising your network of leaders and stakeholders, you will co‑create culturally grounded programmes to help shape the future of workforce planning. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in the design, leadership, implementation and evaluation of Aboriginal workforce initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in Aboriginal employment outcomes, workforce capability and organisational performance. Advanced knowledge and demonstrated implementation of effective Aboriginal employment, retention and career development strategies, supported by an understanding of emerging workforce trends, data analysis and evidence‑based practices that inform innovative approaches to employment management and policy development.
