Operations Ninja /Executive Assistant to Managing Director National Retail Group (NRG) is a leading property advisory and asset management firm operating across Australia and New Zealand. We manage a diverse portfolio spanning national blue‑chip retailers to private family offices, delivering generational value through strategic property management and advisory excellence. We are seeking an Operations Ninja / Executive Assistant — someone sharp, switched‑on and proactive — to support our Managing Director and leadership team. This is a fast‑paced, high‑exposure role for a commercially minded operator who loves structure, problem‑solving and getting things done. About the Role As the Operations Ninja / EA to the Managing Director, you will be the go‑to person for operations, administration, executive support and project coordination across the business. Executive & Operational Support Provide high‑level executive support to the Managing Director. Manage diaries, travel, inboxes and correspondence. Prepare agendas, briefing packs, presentations and board materials. Coordinate meetings, events and end‑to‑end business projects. Handle confidential information with absolute discretion. Maintain internal registers, databases and document systems. Acquisitions & Transactions Assist with due diligence, documentation and transaction coordination. Prepare LOIs, summary reports and financial snapshots. Liaise with agents, consultants and finance teams. Support valuation analysis, market research and asset performance reviews. Leasing & Development Support Prepare and distribute marketing materials and presentations. Assist with campaign documentation and leasing support. Coordinate reporting, updates and stakeholder communication for development projects. Corporate Engagement & Culture Support internal events, functions and staff engagement initiatives. Contribute to internal communications and cultural programs. Actively participate in the NRG Fun Committee. About You You're the person people rely on — agile, organised, efficient and commercially sharp. You thrive in an environment where every day is different and your work genuinely moves the business forward. You bring: 2+ years’ experience in EA, operations or executive support. Background in property, funds management or professional services (advantageous). Strong Microsoft 365 capability (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Experience with Canva, Cirrus8 or CPG Office (training provided). Exceptional written communication, formatting and presentation standards.
