The Senior Manager People Experience is responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace culture. As a member of the Rest People and Culture team, this individual will play a critical role in enhancing the overall employee experience by focusing on areas such as culture development, employee recognition, diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I), employee listening and feedback mechanisms, wellbeing programmes, and refining the Employee Value Proposition (EVP). The role aims to ensure Rest is recognised as a great place to work and that staff are engaged, motivated, and aligned with the organisation’s values and strategic objectives. This is a high‑impact role for someone passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and shaping a thriving, inclusive workplace. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of people experience initiatives including culture, DE&I, recognition, EVP, wellbeing, and employee listening. Partner with stakeholders across Rest to embed impactful, inclusive, and future‑focused OD solutions. Provide expert advice to leaders on organisational development matters that drive performance and foster a values‑led culture. Build strong relationships across the business to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and integrated into broader People & Culture plans. Monitor key metrics and trends to continuously improve programmes and ensure relevance and innovation. Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of People Experience, contributing to the strategic direction of the function. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, or related field. Proven experience in a similar role focused on enhancing the employee experience within a complex, dynamic organisation. Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and develop impactful people strategies. Proven ability to work independently, taking ownership end‑to‑end of key programmes of work in consultation with key stakeholders. Strong understanding of superannuation industry trends and challenges is desirable.
