As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager - People and Culture to join our People & Culture team and shape our people strategy for the future. About the Role As the Senior Manager - People and Culture, you will be a key strategic advisor to divisional leadership teams, executing effective HR solutions aligned with business objectives. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, this pivotal role will contribute to building the capability, culture and workforce needed to support the organisation's ongoing growth. You will assist in leading and coordinating all aspects of HR operations across DHG, driving engagement, performance, compliance and cultural alignment. Key Responsibilities Support the Chief HR Officer in designing and executing the DHG people strategy. Lead HR initiatives that strengthen organisational effectiveness, engagement, and adaptability. Provide expert HR advice to leaders across talent management, recruitment, ER / IR, WHS and performance. Champion organisational design and change management programs. Mentor and coach people leaders to build leadership capability across the group. Lead HR operational functions including recruitment, learning and development, performance management and succession planning. Oversee HR compliance and reporting, aligning policies with legislative requirements. Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support business outcomes. Drive continuous improvement across all HR functions, ensuring a high-performance culture. Represent HR in workplace health and safety committees and initiatives. Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior People & Culture role with strong generalist expertise. Exceptional communication, coaching and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of Australian ER / IR legislation. Proven experience in cultural transformation and organisational development. Highly developed problem-solving and time management skills. HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources is essential. Hospitality, events or tourism industry experience desirable.
