Senior Manager – People Experience The Senior Manager People Experience is responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing workplace culture. As part of the Rest People and Culture team this role will enhance the overall employee experience focusing on culture development, employee recognition, diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I), employee listening and feedback mechanisms, wellbeing programs and refining the Employee Value Proposition (EVP). The goal is to ensure Rest is recognised as a great place to work and that staff are engaged, motivated and aligned with the organisation’s values and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of people experience initiatives including culture, DE&I, recognition, EVP, wellbeing and employee listening. Partner with stakeholders across Rest to embed impactful, inclusive and future‑focused OD solutions. Provide expert advice to leaders on organisational development matters that drive performance and foster a values‑led culture. Build strong relationships across the business to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and integrated into broader People & Culture plans. Monitor key metrics and trends to continuously improve programs and ensure relevance and innovation. Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of People Experience contributing to the strategic direction of the function. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning and Development or a related field. Required Experience Proven experience in a similar role focused on enhancing the employee experience within a complex, dynamic organisation. Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and develop impactful people strategies. Proven ability to work independently, taking ownership, end‑to‑end, of key programs of work in consultation with key stakeholders.
