Location : Sydney, NSWReports to : Creative Director At P.E Nation, we’re driven by energy, movement, and modern design. We’re looking for a Senior Designer who shares our passion for creating innovative, functional, and fashion-forward pieces that reflect an active lifestyle. This role sits at the heart of our design studio reporting directly to the Creative Director, and working closely with the Head of Product. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s future direction, with a specific focus across Activewear, Outerwear, and Lifestyle categories. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Creative Director, Head of Product, and wider design team to bring fresh seasonal concepts to life. Design across Active, Outerwear, and Lifestyle categories, ensuring every piece reflects the P.E Nation DNA. Create detailed technical CAD sketches that capture construction, form, and performance elements. Partner closely with the development team to ensure designs move seamlessly from concept to final product. Manage design files, style numbers, and documentation in line with business requirements. Participate in biweekly production fits from Proto through to PP and Shipper stage, maintaining the integrity of each design. Provide comprehensive handovers to Development and Garment Tech teams, maintaining a strong focus on margin and FOB pricing. Deliver commercially viable yet creative design solutions that continue to elevate and strengthen the brand. What We’re Looking For A strong creative eye with proven experience designing within an activewear, outerwear, or lifestyle category. Excellent Adobe Illustrator CAD skills and a deep understanding of garment construction and performance fabrics. A balance of commercial sensibility and creative flair - someone who can design aspirational pieces that also drive business success. Collaborative, solution-oriented, and motivated by working in a fast-paced, dynamic studio environment. A natural communicator who thrives on teamwork, innovation, and constant evolution.
