Your responsibilities will include: Leading, supporting, and developing the team Overseeing schedules, workflows, and daily operations Managing stock, recalls, compliance, and reporting Implementing systems, policies, and performance rhythms Driving culture, accountability, and continuous improvement Working closely with the owner to grow and refine the practice About You Experienced in dental reception and/or dental assisting A natural communicator and leader Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail Positive, energetic, and great with people Strong in prioritisation, problem-solving, and decision-making Comfortable with honest, constructive conversations Tech-confident and a fast learner Driven by outcomes, accountability, and high standards Someone with an “I will until…” mindset KPI, HR, or rostering experience Familiarity with Savvy Dentist systems Previous management or leadership experience Who This Role Is Perfect For A current Practice Manager seeking better culture, stronger support, and a brighter workplace A senior receptionist or dental assistant ready for the next step Someone bored or under-challenged in their current environment A high-energy, people-focused leader who loves improving systems and teams Ready to Apply?
