Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the clerical team – providing coaching and feedback to ensure efficient, confident service. Ensure smooth operations – oversee day‑to‑day practice management, optimise workflows and maintain efficient reception services to enhance the patient experience. Build strong relationships – develop and nurture professional relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and management. What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of healthcare administration, policies and best practices. Leadership and coaching ability – willingness to lead, manage and inspire clerical and clinical staff. Patient‑centric focus – commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service. Exceptional organisational skills – time‑management, multitasking and prioritisation in a dynamic environment. About the Role Based at Knox Private Hospital in full‑time capacity. Oversee a clerical team of up to 15 staff members, ensuring efficient, friendly and professional services for patients, referrers and the community. Report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with other Site Supervisors to achieve operational, cost and productivity goals. Knox Private Hospital provides a wide range of services, including General X‑ray, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, Mobile and Theatre services, Angiography, Cath Lab and Interventional procedures.
