Join a recently implemented ServiceNow platform with one of Australia's most influential banks Design, transform and integrated forms Work with Australia's most influential bank with a ServiceNow implementation JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Rest API's Glide scripting and Flow designer CBD location, above metro line with hybrid working Salary $150,000 - $160,000 package Organisation : Join one of the biggest Banks and be a part of Bank's Information Technology (IT) department and experience the capability-building opportunity to work with Australia's most critical core banking and payments platforms. They are based in CBD next to the metro-line with flexible hybrid working arrangement. Role : As a ServiceNow Developer you will be joining a recently formed team to support the on-going initiatives and evolution of the ServiceNow platform. The role sits within the IT Service Management Platform team, reporting to the Development Lead. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across one of the large transformation programs working closely with program stakeholders and business analysts to deliver outcomes for the program. Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to support privileged access workflows. Collaborate with the project team, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and test plans. Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities. Configure, code and script applications based on business requirements to facilitate roll out of new functionality, interfaces, modules and catalogue requests Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing by planning and executing unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure changes behave as designed. You will have : 3 + years ServiceNow hands on development experience ServiceNow certified Application developer Ability to develop and configure business rules, UI policies, scripts, ACLs, and Flow Designer Integration experience with REST API and integration methodologies Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages. Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalogue) Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
