Join our Woolloongabba clinic as a Part-Time Admin 2IC Support our team, deliver excellent patient care, and grow your admin career. About the role We are looking for a Part-Time Admin 2IC to join our Woolloongabba clinic starting January 2026. Our Admin 2IC role supports the Office Manager and Reception team in the day‑to‑day running of our busy, multidisciplinary practice. You’ll work on the front desk and alongside the Office Manager to ensure every patient receives outstanding customer service. Approximately 18–20 hours per week (part‑time) Work closely with an established admin team (Office Manager + 3 casual admins) Support both operational and administrative functions across the clinic Qualifications Demonstrates the highest level of patient care and customer service Is an enthusiastic team player Shows strong attention to detail Enjoys a mix of administrative and front‑of‑house responsibilities, including answering phones, scheduling bookings, processing payments, updating data, and maintaining a tidy workspace Is keen to assist the Office Manager with reports, data checks, rostering, and other delegated tasks Loves working as part of a dynamic team Has flexibility to work across weekdays and potentially Saturdays Has experience with Hi‑caps, Excel, DVA, NDIS, HCP, Medicare, and Practice Management Software (Gensolve preferred) Possesses previous reception/admin experience (medical/allied health preferred) Benefits and perks Comprehensive training provided Be part of a growing, multidisciplinary business Opportunities for career development within the administration team Staff discounts across all our services Regular team and group social events About us For over 30 years, Sports & Spinal has been one of the leading physiotherapy and allied health groups in South East QLD.
