General Manager - Fitout and New Build Construction Our client is a well‑regarded and fast‑growing fitout and new build construction company based in Sydney. The Directors are hands‑on in sales, pre‑construction and client relationships and are now seeking a General Manager to take ownership of the operational engine of the business. The company has a clear long‑term goal to become the most trusted fitout company in Australia. They operate with a close‑knit team, a supportive culture, strong values and a genuine commitment to quality, people and continuous improvement. This is the company’s first General Manager appointment and therefore carries significant scope to help define the structure, systems and operational direction of the business. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Directors while having full autonomy over operations, people, finance, client experience, systems and transformation across the organisation.
