About the role As a brand new QA Test and Lead you will support and test the development of new solutions within Microsoft Azure. Working with cross‑functional agile teams and the Labs team, you will create and support client‑facing solutions and internal initiatives. You should have excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, high attention to detail and a comfort with adapting quickly in an agile environment. Responsibilities Lead automated and manual testing efforts for new Azure‑based solutions. Collaborate with developers, product managers and data scientists to design test plans and test cases. Implement and maintain test frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG or similar. Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and quality metrics. Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge transfer. qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in software testing with a strong focus on automated and manual testing. Experience in a technology innovation role at an international law firm or a similarly regulated industry is desirable. Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG. Experience with programming languages such as Python, .Net, Java. Software testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are highly desirable. Experience with Agile, Scrum and DevOps practices. Experience in real‑life deployment of GenAI solutions to users and clients.
