About the role As a brand new role, the QA Test and Automation Lead will support and test the development of new solutions within Microsoft Azure. You will work within our cross‑functional agile teams and alongside the Labs team to create and support client‑facing solutions and internal initiatives. This role requires excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, the ability to collaborate with a broad team of technical specialists, a high attention to detail, and comfort with adapting quickly in an agile environment. About you Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automated and manual testing. Experience in a technology innovation role at an international law firm or a similarly regulated industry is desirable. Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. Experience with programming languages such as Python, .Net, Java, or similar for automated testing. Software testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are highly desirable. Experience with development tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices. Experience in real‑life deployment of GenAI solutions to users and clients.
