Job Description Join and shape a growing Technology Team in Jetstar Permanent opportunity working at our Collingwood office (Hybrid working options available) Staff Travel Benefits from Day One The Delivery Lead is responsible for managing the delivery of technology projects in the Customer & Corporate Technology Domain to achieve project objectives. You will manage internal and external resources, working with external providers to support delivery initiatives that will have a direct impact on what Customers and team members experience in Jetstar Airports and onboard Jetstar flights. This role will contribute to the delivery of the product vision and roadmap for Customer & Corporate Technology teams, ensuring a best-in-class capability aligned to the Jetstar Technology strategic objectives. You will play a part in transitioning to value aligned product squads drawing on agile, scaled agile or waterfall delivery as the situation requires. You Will Bring Experience leading and fostering a high performing team Ability to foster a collaborative, productive, friendly and passionate team environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Experience with managing significant program of work, with many concurrent initiatives Experience with transformational, enterprise level projects Ability to work in a team environment Strong commercial acumen and understanding of commercial practices Excellent project leadership, risk and time management skills Strong drive, initiative, ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines. Good attention to detail and superior communication skills Proven interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex thoughts and ideas clearly to a variety of audiences You Will Need Business or Technology degree 5+ years in a Project Manager or Delivery role or similar with large complex projects across multiple locations. Experience in managing key internal relationships at an individual contributor and Management level. Extensive experience in programme management, strategic delivery and various delivery models such as Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall Proven experience of working with or within 3rd party vendors/solution partners both on and offshore Proven ability to drive initiatives through to completion with a strong commitment to the meeting of budget, timeframe and quality requirements Working within growing businesses, and cultural change within a geographically-dispersed multi-cultural environment Leadership skills with the ability to lead & manage teams – directly and indirectly Experience in aviation and / or travel related industry preferred but not essential Be a part of something special – get in touch today.
