This role is hands-on and collaborative, working across teams to coordinate logistics, manage stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery of key initiatives. You’ll report to Adrian and play a central role in planning, tracking, and transitioning services, while keeping everything aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of multiple technology and workspace projects, including: (Windows 10 to Windows 11 SOE refresh Device refresh as part of Windows 11 SOE refresh Meeting room upgrades across our offices Migration from Serraview to Cisco Spaces Implementation of new Visitor Management System) Manage project planning, scheduling, and service transition activities Coordinate with internal teams, building management, and external vendors Track project progress, financials, and benefits realisation Prepare and present updates to the Project Steering Committee (PSC) Oversee communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management Use JIRA boards to manage tasks, timelines, and team coordination Skills & Experience Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in project delivery, coordination, or change management Familiarity with JIRA and agile delivery tools Excellent time management and scheduling abilities Understanding of technology environments and service transition Ability to manage budgets, POs, and vendor relationships If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
