With a strong pipeline for 2025/26, we have the exciting opportunity to add an experienced Contracts Administrator to the team. Our project values generally vary between $3m - $15m. Working for Calida; Competitive salary (negotiable dependent on experience) Opportunity to work on well executed, award winning projects Company provided laptop Being part of a fun, family like culture About You Tertiary degree or qualification in related field Minimum two (2) years CA experience in the retail, hospitality and commercial sectors. Ideally working on projects larger than $3m. Highly organised & attention to detail Solution focused, with the ability to professionally manage issues as they arise in a fast paced environment. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Project Applications Preferred experience in Cubit, Vista & Procore Job Description Manage the procurement and administration of project works including subcontractor packages. Ownership of the client's day to day commercial & contractual needs. Monitoring all suppliers & subcontractor invoices & progress claims. Assist your Project Manager in co-ordinating & oversee client and stakeholder meetings. Develop a strong understanding of each project. Knowledge and understanding of WHS requirements, industry standards and complies with company policies and procedures. Builds professional business relationships internally and externally.
