About The Role Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Growth, the Bid Writer role is perfect for someone who loves turning words into winning stories. You’ll be at the heart of our growth, crafting persuasive, engaging proposals that showcase why ACS Property Services is the go‑to team for exceptional commercial cleaning. Working with a friendly, collaborative crew across sales and operations, you’ll dig into client needs, uncover what makes us shine and bring it all together in standout bids that win business. Location This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am‑5pm. What You’ll Be Doing Write clear, engaging, and persuasive bids that help us win new cleaning contracts. Work closely with our sales and operations teams to gather the right details for each tender. Turn technical info into standout proposals that highlight what makes us great. Keep our bid library, case studies, and company info up to date. Manage deadlines, stay organised, and make sure every submission looks its best. Look for new ways to improve how we tell our story and boost our success rate. What You’ll Bring Degree qualified with previous bid writing experience. A natural communicator who loves writing and has a keen eye for detail. Someone who can turn facts and figures into clear, persuasive stories. Confident working to deadlines and juggling a few projects at once. Great at collaborating with different teams and building strong relationships.
