Senior Accounts Payable Specialist – Asuria Training Job No: QYKP3 Asuria Training is a leading provider of Employment Services in Australia, dedicated to connecting individuals with sustainable employment opportunities. Location: Chatswood office – close to public transport. Responsibilities End‑to‑end processing of accounts payable for timely processing of government grant and general vendor payments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with all financial policies and procedures. Manage over 150 monthly rental payments for leased office locations across the business. Contribute to a smooth end‑of‑year and month‑end close. Participate in an AP automation project. Report directly to the Financial Controller. Qualifications Demonstrable experience in a dedicated accounts payable position. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is advantageous, or demonstrable hands‑on experience with any large ERP accounting system. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite; medium to advanced Excel skills are essential. Relevant qualification in accounting, finance or a related field is desirable. Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proactive self‑starter with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
