Job Summary Part time role available, Monday to Friday hours, 25 hours a week. Be part of an inclusive team making a real impact for our customers. This role requires you to work full time in the office for the first 12 weeks of training, then enjoy flexible hybrid working at our 3 Parramatta Square (NSW) or 700 Bourke St Docklands (VIC) locations. Role Title Fraud Assist Analyst Contract 12 month fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities Make sure our customers feel safe and informed by giving them the right information about our process and products. Receive up to 40 inbound calls a day from customers who have been impacted by fraud and require support. Every customer circumstance is unique, requiring empathy and understanding and we want to make sure our customers feel supported and find solutions as soon as possible. Qualifications Proven customer service experience with the ability to manage complex inquiries and deescalate challenging situations. Empathetic and resilient communicator; able to support vulnerable customers with care and professionalism. Demonstrated ability to thrive in high volume environments and can confidently handle back to back calls (40+ per day) while maintaining the quality of service. The first six weeks will be your training period and you will be required to work full time hours 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and for you to work in the office for all shifts. Once you complete your training you will have part time hours of 25 hours per week working everyday Monday to Friday 9am to 2.30pm.
