Fraud Assist Analyst – Call Centre Full‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term contract supporting NAB customers impacted by fraud. Rotating shifts covering Monday‑Friday 10 am‑10 pm, Sunday‑Thursday 10 am‑10 pm, or Tuesday‑Saturday 10 am‑10 pm, depending on business demand. Work first 12 weeks full‑time in‑office for training, then flexible hybrid at 700 Bourke Street, Docklands. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, handling up to 40 inbound calls per day from customers affected by fraud. Treat each customer’s circumstances as unique, offering empathy and understanding to vulnerable customers. Explain our processes and products clearly, ensuring customers feel safe and informed. Initiate next‑steps toward resolution and provide fraud‑prevention education. Qualifications Proven customer service experience, able to manage complex inquiries and de‑escalate challenging situations. Empathetic, resilient communicator capable of supporting vulnerable customers with care and professionalism. Ability to thrive in high‑volume environments, confidently handling back‑to‑back calls (40+ per day) while maintaining quality of service.
