Responsibilities Handle up to 40 inbound calls per day from customers impacted by fraud. Treat each circumstance as unique, exercising empathy and understanding for vulnerable customers. Provide clear information about processes and products, ensuring customers feel safe and informed. Qualifications Proven customer service experience managing complex inquiries and de‑escalating challenging situations. Empathetic and resilient communicator capable of supporting vulnerable customers with care and professionalism. Ability to thrive in high‑volume environments, handling back‑to‑back calls while maintaining quality service. Availability to work full‑time in‑office for 12 weeks of training. Flexibility & Work Arrangements Full‑time 12‑month fixed‑term contract with rotating shifts. First 12 weeks of training requires full‑time in‑office work, then flexible hybrid working at Parramatta Square (NSW) or 700 Bourke St Docklands (VIC).
