We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Payroll Consultant to join our lean, high‑performing HR team in Sydney. This hands‑on role will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end payroll for over 2,000 employees, managing complex queries, and driving continuous improvement in our payroll operations. What you’ll do Process fortnightly and off‑cycle payroll Reconcile super, PAYG, leave, and overpayments Resolve payroll queries and support audits Align data between HRIS and Payroll systems Handle terminations, leave, and reporting Improve payroll processes and ensure compliance Support international payroll and partner with HR / Central People Services What we’re looking for 5+ years’ payroll experience in regulated environments Proven payroll systems and compliance knowledge Advanced Excel; ADP and Workday preferred Skilled in process improvement and stakeholder management Detail‑oriented, analytical, and adaptable What’s in it for you?
