Leading Organisation -omics National Role The Company Our client is a leading provider of cutting‑edge solutions that play a critical role in enabling precision medicine and translational research. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO, this newly created role will lead the company’s national sales function: Develop and implement national sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and ensure consistent delivery against targets across all client tiers. Lead and coach Account Managers and Clinical Specialists, fostering a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement. Drive revenue growth through disciplined sales execution, pipeline management, and strategic client relationships. Represent the company in client engagements, ensuring excellence across all touchpoints and reinforcing long‑term partnership value. Oversee the customer care function to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention, while championing a customer‑first mindset. Maintain and optimize CRM data integrity, using analytics to generate insights that improve client engagement and inform decision‑making. Collaborate across Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure territory execution supports broader strategic initiatives. Monitor market trends and sales performance to identify risks and opportunities, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The Requirements Proven experience leading national sales teams in health, biotech, or clinical sectors for 3‑5 years. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive performance through people and process. Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM systems and data‑driven decision‑making to support sales execution. Results‑oriented mindset with a passion for client success and team development.
