Escalate complex issues promptly and keep customers informed throughout the resolution process. Contribute to team goals by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and participating in quality assessments. Meet KPIs and uphold NSW Public Sector values in every interaction. Background and Skills needed Experience in customer-centric environments such as contact centres, service centres, or shared services. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and build rapport quickly. Tech-savvy with confidence using multiple computer systems and learning new tools.
