An exciting opportunity exists for a hands‑on Marketing Coordinator to join the team at Mondrian Gold Coast , supporting four dynamic brands – Mondrian, Haven, LiTO and Ciel Spa . This role is ideal for a highly organised, digitally savvy marketing all‑rounder who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality and lifestyle environment. Key Responsibilities EDM creation, scheduling and database distribution SMS marketing across all four brands Website content updates and OTA support Coordinating monthly content shoots and asset delivery Social media support including scheduling, captions and engagement Designing and updating digital and print marketing collateral Supporting the execution of the marketing and PR plan Coordinating media activity and supporting media visits Supporting major campaigns and special events including Mondrian Presents: Sounds of Summer General marketing administration and reporting support About You 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, digital or social media Strong organisational and digital skills with exceptional attention to detail Confident working across multiple brands and platforms Experience with Canva, EDM platforms and website CMS preferred Passion for hospitality, lifestyle, events and creative marketing Why Join Us?
