Overview Bond University, Australia's first private not-for-profit university based in Robina on the Gold Coast, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join the Office of Future Students, Brand & Marketing team and contribute to the university’s global profile and student recruitment. The role offers a diverse range of marketing responsibilities and a supportive, innovative workplace. Responsibilities Create personalised communications that inspire and engage prospective students throughout their journey. Develop and execute innovative, market-specific marketing initiatives that encourage student enrollment. Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing solutions and elevate the Bond brand. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, including digital marketing, event coordination and marketing automation. Proven ability to plan and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive student recruitment and engagement. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines across domestic and international markets. Sound judgment, initiative and adaptability to solve problems and make effective decisions aligned with strategic priorities. Excellent self-management and communication skills. Salary and Benefits Salary: $83,210.75 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
