About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic communications professional with the strategic insight and creativity to lead public relations campaigns from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with integrated teams including PR, social, digital, influencer, and creative specialists to deliver standout campaigns that inspire audiences and deliver real impact. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients, building strong, value-driven relationships. Lead the planning, development, and execution of PR campaigns and communication initiatives. Develop compelling plans, proposals, media materials, and creative briefs. Craft media releases, pitch notes, and thought leadership content that cuts through. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Manage client budgets and timelines to achieve successful outcomes. Support business development activities, including new business proposals and pitches. Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and high-quality work. About You Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in a public relations or communications role, preferably within an agency or consultancy environment. Strong understanding of the media landscape and proven ability to manage media relations campaigns independently. Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Experience developing proposals, tenders, and new business pitches. A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
