Public Relations : Senior Account Director - Melbourne (or Sydney) $165k+ Package Outstanding high growth consultancy Happy, collaborative and friendly / relaxed culture Genuine opportunity to influence future of the business Highly stable and exciting client portfolio of multinational brands Our client is one of Australia's fastest growing independent integrated communications consultancy's, which is looking to appoint a Senior Account Director or Group Director to join its high performing and highly collaborative team. This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney enjoying both beautiful office environment and flexible hybrid working. Key Responsibilities : Provide senior client counsel and further cultivate strong senior client relationships Lead, create and / or support development and execution of strategically driven integrated communications campaigns Lead, support, mentor and advise high performing consulting team Assist in rapid growth by converting on extensive new business leads and develop organic growth of existing business Assist in general leadership and management of the business. You should have : Significant communications / public relations consultancy experience(prerequisite) Strong understanding, knowledge and extensive networks within the Melbourne and / or Sydney markets Strong knowledge or demonstrable experience leading integrated communications campaigns for very high profile brands Strong team leadership skills and experience - proven ability to mentor, lead, advise and develop junior teams Recognised degree / equivalent qualifications in communications / journalism Creative and collaborative approach, and ability to problem solve & develop impactful content / campaigns Outstanding attention to detail Strong relationship skills, the ability to consult and advise at senior levels Hands on approach This a truly unique and exciting role, which will see the successful applicant work very closely with the leadership team and support overall direction of the business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
