About You As a Coordinator 2 , you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. The Coordinator 2 position is a 2-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent. You'll bring: expertise in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies strong classroom management & student well-being focus ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences the ability to work collaboratively to build strong connections with colleagues proven ability to work positively to promote a growth mindset in a time of change a tertiary qualification in Education & NESA accreditation Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
