Onboarding & Compliance Specialist | The Star Brisbane This is a 6-month contract role, with opportunity to extend, supporting the People & Performance Team whilst one of our valuable team members is on maternity leave. As the Onboarding & Compliance Specialist, you’ll manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new starters, internal transfers, and contractors. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for every candidate. Start date from early December. Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (or similar) and confident using Excel. Experience in a high volume and fast-paced recruitment environment. Experience using PageUp, Fit2Work, and VEVO is highly advantageous. Tertiary qualification is advantageous, but not required.
