This role is all about taking a proven sales engine and making it sharper — coaching performance, embedding accountability, and setting the team up to keep compounding growth year after year. The Sales Team 3 x Dialers/Connectors (this is looked after by the outbound sales manager) 3 x Setters (direct reports) 5 x Closers (growing fast) (direct reports) Backed by a Head of Sales (North America) who’s already delivering insane results Weekly call reviews, role plays, and coaching are baked into the rhythm Culture = high standards + high support.
