The Role We’re seeking a hands‑on Sales Manager who can combine leadership, strategy, and execution. You’ll lead a team of three sales professionals, driving new business acquisition and growth within an established customer base. This is a “player‑coach” role — leading from the front while mentoring your team to success. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a small team of high‑performing sales reps Drive consistent new business growth while expanding existing pipelines Partner closely with marketing, partnerships, and operations to scale revenue Execute a player‑coach leadership style — balancing sales delivery and mentorship Identify and grow opportunities across strategic accounts and partner ecosystems Ideal Background Proven success within Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services SaaS Demonstrated experience leading and scaling sales teams Strong commercial acumen and disciplined sales execution Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functionally A passion for coaching, collaboration, and high‑performance culture Why Apply?
