Watch stories about our people, patients and the communities we serve at finestcare.com.au About this Opportunity Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager, Contracts, Performance & Business Development as the Manager, Business Development & Contracts, you will be motivated to identify and engage new business opportunities and grants, wholistically expanding RFDS SA / NT’s market presence. You will ensure all tenders, bids and contracts strengthen the RFDS mission and provide strategic oversight of business opportunities. You will lead a team of contract managers to ensure compliance, value and sustainable partnerships are maintained with government, health authorities and corporate clients. We believe our people – all of our people – keep the Royal Flying Doctor Service flying. Specifically, you will : Lead, motivate and guide the Contract Manager team Analyse, develop, manage and report on business development activities Manage tenders and customer contracts Financial and risk management About You You have : High levels of business acumen, business analysis and financial management experience Experience in contract management, governance, tender and bid development Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and project management Creative, innovative thinking, with strong lateral and strategic thinking skills Interpersonal qualities such as patience, respect for individual needs, and adaptability To be considered for the role you require : Tertiary Qualifications in commerce, business or related fields (essential) A background in aviation and or health related services (desirable) Our Benefits As part of our team, you can expect to be provided with challenging, interesting work and be supported to achieve your best.
