They promote and represent our Company, its values and culture. They seek out new members and demonstrate to them why Fitness Nation is the best place for them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities: Manage new membership sales and actively contribute to club growth by achieving monthly KPI targets. Generate leads using creative, proactive and varied techniques to ensure a steady flow of incoming enquiries – including promoting the club to local businesses and the wider community. Make outbound phone calls to meet daily/weekly contact targets and maximise sales opportunities. Deliver engaging sales presentations and club tours to prospective members, showcasing our facilities and aligning features and benefits to their fitness goals. Create exceptional member journeys through positive, personalised interactions that build trust and excitement. Track and manage leads, appointments, and sales activity daily within our CRM system. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly membership sales targets and other required KPIs. Follow directions, prioritise tasks, and complete work promptly to support daily club operations. Perform additional related duties that contribute to the overall success of the club. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required to achieve sales goals. What you’ll need to succeed: 2+ Years previous sales experience, preferably in the Fitness Industry but not mandatory. A financially motivated person with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals. Experience in a KPI-driven environment with a proactive Lead Generation mindset. Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals. The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles. Outstanding communication abilities – able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others. Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes. Ability to be a role model and live by healthy values and behaviours while being passionate about the gym brand you work for. A "can do" attitude with a thirst for learning and ambition for growth. Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional and well-presented. Have a strong work ethic. Be highly motivated and an adaptable team player who is proactive and shows initiative. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and ability to learn new systems. Communicate and uphold policies and procedures of the business to customers and staff. Current First Aid and CPR Certificates (if not holding, would be willing to acquire). Have Australian working rights. What benefits come with the Role?
