An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker to join the East Ross Adult Social Care Team. This permanent full‑time position of 37 hrs per week will enable the right candidate a development opportunity to be part of a fully integrated adult social care service in a supportive environment within NHS Highland. As part of the East Ross Integrated Care team, we provide a multi‑disciplinary approach to assessing the needs of our residents and carers of the East Ross area. The right candidate will already have considerable experience in Adult Support & Protection and be trained in the Council Officer role. Candidates should demonstrate an excellent understanding & knowledge of the legislation that underpins core statutory social work practice and be committed to supporting and protecting the rights of vulnerable adults in our community. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to social work values and principles and apply these to practice.
