Senior Social Worker - Acute Care Permanent Full-Time | Northern Tasmania Are you a skilled Social Worker looking to step into a senior role that truly matters? We are recruiting across Tasmania for professionals who can deliver exceptional, patient-centred social work services in fast-paced environments while supporting multidisciplinary teams and vulnerable community members. About the Opportunity This senior position offers the opportunity to deliver high-level Social Work services across a variety of clinical and community settings, providing comprehensive support to individuals, families and multidisciplinary teams facing complex health and social challenges. You’ll contribute contemporary, trauma-informed practice, undertake psychosocial assessment and intervention, and ensure care is delivered with compassion, professionalism and strong ethical reasoning. Success in this role requires sound clinical judgment, the ability to remain calm and focused in demanding situations, and a commitment to reflective practice and continual growth. You will also build effective working relationships with internal teams and key community partners, including emergency responders, child protection, domestic and family violence services, NDIS providers and other support organisations, to ensure safe, coordinated and person-centred care pathways.
