Company: Genesis Painting Australia Pty Ltd Contract Details: Full-time; Salary $75,000 to $85,000 plus super We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team at Genesis Painting Australia Pty Ltd. As a leading painting company in the industry, we are committed to delivering high-quality and professional painting services to our clients. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas Repair and replace damaged drywall, wood, or plaster Clean and maintain painting equipment Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences Ensure all safety measures are followed during the painting process Complete projects within specified timeframes and budget constraints Provide recommendations for paint types and finishes based on the project requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Proven 12 month of experience minimum as a Painter in a similar role Knowledge of painting techniques and tools Familiarity with different types of paint and finishes Ability to work independently and in a team setting Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III) and certifications are preferred but not required At Genesis Painting Australia Pty Ltd, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
