We are seeking passionate, reliable, and skilled professionals to support participants with forensic backgrounds, complex psychosocial presentations, and clinical needs . About the Role We have ongoing day and night shift opportunities supporting NDIS participants with a range of complex needs. Your responsibilities may include: Providing high‑quality daily living support Implementing strategies aligned with Behaviour Support Plans Supporting participants with forensic or justice‑involved histories Managing complex psychosocial and clinical needs Encouraging skills development and independence Maintaining detailed documentation and case notes Promoting safety, dignity, consistency, and respectful boundaries These roles require resilience, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. What We Are Looking For We welcome Support Workers who bring experience, compassion, and confidence in working within forensic, mental health, AOD, or high‑complexity environments . You will be a strong fit if you have: Experience working with forensic or justice‑involved participants Understanding of complex trauma , psychosocial disability, and behaviour management Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries North - West Melbourne area Qualifications Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Youth Workb> OR equivalent experience in similar complex environments. Additional experience with restrictive practices, de‑escalation, mental health, AOD, trauma‑informed care, or SIL environments is highly regarded.
