Program Coordinator – Reserve Bank of Australia Join us to support the RBA's Future Hub organisational change transformation program as a proactive and detail‑oriented Junior Program Coordinator. Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Analyst, Project Management, and Strategy / Planning Overview As a Program Coordinator in the Future Hub, you will support the program manager with delivery and execution of the RBA's cultural transformation ambitions. You will ensure project activities run smoothly, support the operational and strategic aspects of the program, and work within an Agile team of subject matter experts. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagements. Liaise with internal departments to gather information and maintain alignment. Draft clear and professional communications to internal customers. Support meetings by capturing minutes, tracking actions, sending reminders and following up. Manage and maintain program documentation and artefacts. Administer key program tools including RAID registers, program roadmaps and schedules. Assist in prioritising tasks and managing competing demands from multiple sources. Assist in communicating change requirements into the business in conjunction with the RBA's overall change strategy. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges and resolve issues to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the stream, encouraging feedback and implementing lessons learned. Demonstrate an open and dynamic culture in line with the RBA's values. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Understanding of project delivery contexts. Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt, be flexible and deal with ambiguity. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). Experience working in a project environment or similar delivery‑focused role. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think critically and logically through problems. Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others. Previous experience within government departments or government agencies. Project management experience highly regarded. Understanding of change management and embedment needed to shift behaviours. Interest or exposure to culture transformation initiatives. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications or Project Management.
